Republic of China (Taiwan) GPO will provide 13 different pictorial postmarks in commemorate the 21st Deaflympics Taipei, the world sports event will starting from September 5 to 15, 2009.
All the commemorative postmarks will depicted with the Deaflympics 2009 official mascot of the Taipei tree frogs (Rhacophorus taipeianus) with all 11 different sport events.
