The Black Bear ATM postage stamps in 2000 pieces per roll,
and printed with four digits serial number on every fifth stamps by the stamps printer on the stamp back side, the Taiwan GPO will overprinted a seven digits serial number again on every piece of Black Bear ATM stamps.
