AUSTRIA ~ Dalai Lama Specimen Issue

Austrian PTT was prosposed to issue a set Dalai Lama stamp, in commemorate Dalai Lama 70th birthday on 2005, but unfortunately under political pressure, the Austrian PTT was cancelled to issue the commemorative stamp.
