BELGIUM ~ Wet Damaged Cover

 
Belgium 2016 Rio Olympic FDC, posted on August 20, 2016 from Genk to Taipei with arrival postmarked on February 9, 2017.
The cover was travelling a long postal journey, finally arrived in heavy wet damaged condition.
