Germany Deer registered FDC, posted on January 2, 2018 from Bonn to Taipei with arrival postmarked on January 23, 2018.
The registered cover was missent to communist China then return to Taiwan, the cover was hand cancelled with one red ink postal chop on back side, as "Missent to China" by Taipei Airmail Processing Centre.
